Joe’s professional path began at Seltzer Mayberg, where he served as Managing Partner of the firm’s sports division, overseeing legal operations, contract negotiations, and talent development across multiple disciplines. He later joined a sports agency as an executive, helping guide the organization’s high-profile client portfolio of NFL stars and viral creators. During his tenure, Joe built and led the development of the baseball and soccer divisions while also expanding the agency’s reach into representing screenwriters and actors.
